ENGAGEMENT

Strategic and effective growth requires involvement from the people who may be affected by decisions that lead to change.  Internal to your organization those affected may be employees or your board of directors and externally they may be community organizations or constituents. SRG works with the client to determine effective methods to ensure all voices and perspectives are heard and barriers to their involvement are eliminated.
